Three Beards One Chin is a food review site built around a simple premise: four friends go to restaurants in the Twin Cities and tell you what they actually think.
Every review starts with four takes — one from each of us, filed separately, no collaboration, no groupthink. Then one of the beards reads all four and writes the final piece. Sometimes it is direct and informational. Sometimes it is a full account of the evening including the part where someone ordered wrong and had to eat around it.
We have been doing Thursday Night Supper Club for a while now. This is just where we write it down.
Three of us have beards. One of us does not. You can probably figure out which one from the site name.
