The editor. Reads everyone else’s takes and turns them into something a person would actually want to read. Has veto power over the final verdict. Also a beard.
Whitey
Runs the social media. Nobody knows exactly how or why, but it gets done. Shows up to every dinner. Third beard.
Mitch
The chin. No beard. Has been to every restaurant. His takes are filed, his opinions are real, and his facial hair situation is what it is. More TBD once we actually ask him what he wants his section to be.
